Rules summary

1. The urban site fps has been set at 350 maximum: Any guns exceeding this will not be allowed to be used SEMI AUTO ONLY INDOORS:
1a. The woodland site fps limit has been set at 360 maximum: Any guns exceeding this will not be allowed to be used. Full auto is permitted outdoors as long as engagement distances are honored.
2. s.w.a.t. Urban  / Woodland engagement rules are simple, if you shoot a player they are out, they shout hit and leave the arena, if you are hit the same rule applies this tells all players that there is a dead player leaving the gaming arena, it may also be wise to shout dead man coming through or dead man walking if you are nearing a corridor with a door way you are not sure of, in any case s.w.a.t.  Will provide a clear exit for eliminated players.
In the event of an emergency or just to extract players from a fire fight, the marshals will shout “hold fire” hold your positions” this means stop shooting and await instructions, normally within a few minutes the marshals will shout “game back on” or if it’s an emergency the marshals may shout “game over”
2a.
H.P.A. “high pressure air” systems:
Assault rifles
Rules to support as laid out with no exceptions other than marshal sanctioned who’s decision is final.
Maximum rate of fire “R.O.F.” is capped at 25bbs per second, 3 second burst allowance (semi-automatic preferred) no spamming of trigger or full auto permitted whatsoever.
If reported or witnessed by our marshal team the rifle will not be permitted to be used.
Absolutely no deliberate head shots permitted.
Support weapons
Full auto is permitted as suppressing fire only “not at a person” if at a person semi-auto with a maximum of a 3 second burst only.
Rules to support as laid out with no exceptions other than marshal sanctioned who’s decision is final.
Absolutely no deliberate head shots permitted.

Sniper / D.M.R. “dedicated marksman’s rifle”
Engagement distance is a minimum of 25 metres or 82.021 feet if this distance is breached "example if a player moves towards you", a side arm (pistol) or secondary permitted rifle must be used.
In no circumstances must a head shot be taken (even if it is the only thing you can see of an opposing player) centre mass is strongly recommended. If a sniper deliberately takes head shots the rifle will be banned from all s.w.a.t. venues.
We understand in some circumstances that head shots may occur and will be noted by our marshal team and if the sniper has more than 2 occurrences during any duration within a two month period or a series of complaints made against the sniper, the sniper will not be permitted to use that platform anymore at any s.w.a.t. venue.
A marshal may act on complaints on the day and remove the sniping tool from play without complaint as the marshals ruling is final and non-negotiable.
The sniper however can appeal but these rules are set for player comfort and more importantly safety.
Sniper rifles can be gas and bolt action or electric, electric platforms (D.M.R.’s, must be semi-automatic only (all D.M.R. rifles must be locked at semi-automatic and not have fully automatic capabilities)

3. Please also note that when entering a building that it is semi-auto only, full auto is allowed up to the markers that will be in place so players will know when outside to breaching they need to switch from full auto to semi-auto, most will understand this area, but the markers will be for new comers of the site.

4. No physical contact is allowed other than stealth knife kills, which in reality will be with either a rubber knife or just a tap on a shoulder. (real knives are not permitted on-site)

5. In the situation that violence occurs between players,  i/e blows being taken or even verbal abuse in the form of swearing the players will be expected to leave the game arena and have a meeting with the site owners and staff, to evaluate what went wrong, there will be a cooling off period.

6. If an agreeable solution can be reached i/e apologies “so the players make up” we carry on as normal.
7. If the problem cannot be resolved, players will be asked to leave the venue.
8. Offenders may be banned from all venues and forums.
9. All s.w.a.t. Regulars have earned respect from the s.w.a.t. Marshals over the years for being honourable players who follow simple airsoft rules. I am not about to teach granny to suck eggs, but this is for the benefit of new comers to s.w.a.t. Urban.
